The Story: You share an interesting project idea with Mr. Boss. Mr. Boss does not show high interest in it. However, few days later, Mr. BigBoss allocates the lead of implementing your idea to Mr. Boss, thanking him for his contribution to bring new creative ideas on the table.

Don’t: You are upset, as Mr. Boss stole your idea and took full credit for it, but you remain silent and fulminate at your desk.

Do: You congratulate Mr. BigBoss for supporting your new idea, and you are sure that under Mr. Boss’ leadership, your idea will shine.
