You hold a leadership position in a big company, you are married with kids. You arrive at work at 6 am, leaving your place while everybody is still sleeping. You work 12hours straight and once you arrive home, the physical work starts: preparing diner, feeding the kids, showering them and putting them to bed. Once they are asleep, you take care of the administrative chores and before going to bed you still do your nails.
You want to do all your jobs perfectly: manager, mother, wife, friends. You are always running, and end up stressed and tired all the time simply because you never have time for yourself.
Accept that perfection doesn't exist. You have way too much on your plate, so just accept to do things well, the best you can, but don't put any pressure on yourself to do them perfectly.
