Queen Bee is a VP of a department that you work closely with. One day, she organizes a meeting with 14 attendees including yourself, but books a room with a 12 seats capacity. You then receive an email from Queen Bee asking you to make sure to organize 2 extra chairs for the meeting.
You are in shock, you feel upset, you are a director how dare she ask you this? Moreover, Queen Bee has an assistant, so why doesn't she ask her assistant to do it?
You laugh about the situation and forward her email to her assistant asking her to kindly manage the 2 extra seats for her boss.
